Wenzhou File QC Freelancer

I’m looking for a meticulous, quick-turnaround partner in Wenzhou (preferred, though Shanghai or Guangzhou is workable) to screen every document our Chinese suppliers prepare before it ships off to Indonesia.

Each week you’ll receive roughly two files. Within 24 hours of receipt I need a concise QC report that spells out whether the document is free of issues or, if not, exactly what errors or damages you spotted. Omissions may come up as well, so flag them when they appear.

Because the work bridges two countries, full fluency in both Chinese and Indonesian is essential; you will read supplier notes in Chinese and brief our Indonesian team in their language. A high-school diploma, dependable internet and a sharp eye for detail are the only other basics.

Deliverable:
• QC report for each file (returned within 24 hours), clearly marking any errors or damages and including supporting evidence.

Payment is issued per file, and if you consistently meet the SLA with high-quality reports I’ll be happy to extend the collaboration long term.
