Welcoming Front Yard Design

I want to transform my front yard into a warm, inviting entryway with a clear, attractive walkway that boosts curb appeal yet stays easy to maintain. An automatic watering system needs to be integrated from the start, with zones sized for future plant growth and a user-friendly controller. I’m open to your ideas on hardy, low-upkeep planting palettes and bed materials—as long as they reinforce the welcoming feel and tie in with the house’s style.

Deliverables

• Plant schedule listing quantities, sizes, and key seasonal notes
• Specification sheet for the automatic watering system (controller, valves, sprinkler or drip type)
• Two to three perspective renderings or a SketchUp/3D view that shows the new entry experience
• Concise maintenance guide so I know how to keep everything looking sharp
