Weekly Rugby Tournament Social Posts

Our rugby events company is ramping up for an upcoming tournament and I need a creative partner who can take full ownership of the weekly social media presence. You’ll be crafting both the visuals and the accompanying copy for Facebook and Instagram, keeping supporters informed with event-update style posts that also double as promotional pushes to drive ticket sales and team registrations.

I’ll supply our existing style guide, logo set, colour palette and a folder of photos; your job is to translate that into fresh, on-brand graphics every week. Deliverables (each week):
• Fully designed square and story-friendly versions for Facebook and Instagram
• Short caption text and recommended hashtags
• Source files (PSD, AI or layered Canva link) so we can tweak dates if schedules shift

Acceptance Criteria:
• All designs follow the provided style guide for colours, fonts and logo use
• Final images exported in high-resolution (1080×1080 and 1080×1920)
• Captions are proof-read, punchy and geared toward participation or ticket sales
• First draft delivered within three days of receiving the weekly brief, with up to two quick revisions as needed
