Each Friday I receive a fresh batch of inventory details for our lockbox program by email. The files sometimes arrive as Excel sheets, other times as simple PDFs or scanned images—whatever format the customer happened to use that week—so I need a reliable person who can open what is sent, extract every line item accurately, and load it into our online lockbox database before Monday morning.

Your task is straightforward but must be performed consistently:
• Open the emailed files, check that every SKU, quantity, and location code is present and legible.
• Enter the data into our web-based inventory platform (a short Loom video and written SOP are ready for you).
• Run the built-in validation report and correct any flagged errors.
• Email me a confirmation once the week’s upload shows a zero-error status.

I will provide you with login credentials and the SOP during a short kickoff call. Turn-around time is two business days after the data lands in your inbox. Attention to detail and steady availability are far more important than speed; errors in SKU or quantity have downstream effects on billing.

If you’re comfortable handling mixed file formats and enjoy routine data work done right the first time, let’s get started this week.
