Weekly Income & Expense Recording

I need someone to enter my business transactions each week so that every sale, bill, fee and receipt is captured promptly and coded to the right account. The scope is limited to recording income and expenses; I am not asking for bank or credit-card reconciliations at this stage.

You will receive scanned receipts, supplier invoices and bank feed data every Friday. By the following Tuesday I expect:

• All transactions for that week entered and accurately categorised
• Any missing documentation flagged so I can supply it
• A brief summary showing total income, total expenses and any unusual items

If you already work comfortably in platforms like QuickBooks Online, Xero or Wave that’s ideal, but the key requirement is accuracy and consistency week after week.
