Wedding Reception Video Editing

Footage from my wedding reception now sits on a hard drive and needs to be shaped into a seamless, engaging event video. The ceremony and preparation moments are already covered elsewhere, so this project focuses solely on the reception—from the grand entrance through the final dance.

I will supply the raw files in 4K MP4 and MOV formats via a cloud link. The ideal final deliverables are:

• A full-length edit that tells the evening’s story (roughly 20–30 minutes, depending on usable footage)
• A 3–5 minute highlight reel suitable for social sharing
• Color-graded, properly stabilized, and balanced for consistent audio levels
• Exported in H.264 MP4 (4K and 1080p) plus the editable project file

Key software options that fit the workflow include Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve—use whatever you are most efficient with, as long as the results match professional wedding standards.

Turnaround within two weeks of receiving the footage would be perfect, with a midway draft for feedback on pacing, music choice, and any requested revisions.
