I’d like a photorealistic 3D rendering that captures every important detail of my upcoming events. The final visuals will guide the décor team and help me share a clear vision with vendors before anything is built, so accuracy and atmosphere matter.
Scope
– Create one complete 3D scene of the venue (exact venue details will be supplied after kickoff).
– Dress the space with ceremony and reception setups, lighting, floral arrangements, furniture, and guest flow indications.
– Provide high-resolution still images from key angles; an optional short walkthrough video would be a plus if it fits your workflow.
What to show me
Please focus on your relevant experience: past wedding or event renderings, software you use (e.g., 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, Lumion, Unreal), and typical turnaround times. Links or a concise PDF portfolio work best; no need for lengthy proposals.
Acceptance
The render must match provided floor plans and décor references closely, achieve realistic lighting, and be delivered in a format ready for printing and screen sharing.
I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right artist, so let me know how quickly you could deliver the first draft once assets are in hand.
