Website Personal Assistant Chatbot -- 2

I want to add an AI-driven personal assistant to my website that can greet visitors, answer their questions, and complete simple tasks such as booking calls, collecting feedback, and guiding them to relevant pages or documents. From conversation design through to live deployment, I need a full-cycle solution.

Here is what I have in mind and what I will look for in your proposal:

• A natural, friendly dialogue flow powered by modern NLP (OpenAI, Dialogflow CX, Rasa, or a comparable framework)
• Web-based widget or embedded chat panel that fits seamlessly into my existing site stack (React + Node)
• Secure webhook or REST endpoints so the bot can trigger server-side actions and log interactions in my database
• A straightforward way for me to update the knowledge base—Markdown, Google Sheet, or JSON is fine—without redeploying code
• Analytics on usage, fallback rates, and user sentiment so I can iteratively improve the model
• Deployment instructions (Docker or serverless preferred) and documented source code in Git

Acceptance criteria
– The assistant reliably recognises at least 90 % of the test intents I provide.
– All text responses render correctly on desktop and mobile web.
– No hard-coded secrets; environment variables and HTTPS only.
– Handover protocol to human support (via email form) triggers when confidence is low.
