Performance (get LCP from 12.1s to under 2.5s)
Hero media fix — loading="eager" + fetchpriority="high" on the first section's image, plus a for it in theme.liquid; no lazy-loading on anything above the fold
Defer/remove unused JavaScript (~383 KiB) — non-critical theme + third-party scripts get defer/async or removal
Trim unused CSS (~116 KiB)
Render-blocking requests — restructure how scripts/styles load in theme.liquid (~260ms)
Explicit width/height on all image elements
Delete dead app-block references in theme JSON (Pandectes leftovers)
Remove orphaned scripts in theme.liquid from uninstalled apps (search: blocky, mida, teemdrop, cwill)
Accessibility (get from 70 to 90+)
Alt text on every content image
Colour contrast on text/buttons to 4.5:1
Named links/buttons — no empty icon links, proper aria-labels
Heading order — single H1, no skipped levels
Form labels — visible labels or aria-label on inputs (search, newsletter)

Work on a duplicated theme first; publish only after review
