About Us:
We are Teamployer Talent Solutions. Our current website is 4 years old. It is working well, but now we want a complete makeover.
Main Purpose of Makeover:
This is not just a redesign. The purpose of this makeover is:
1. Make it FAST - Fast loading speed
2. Make it More Presentable - Premium, corporate and professional look
3. Make it More Client-Friendly - Information should be given in a proper way so client doesn't need to look here and there.
4. High-Level SEO - Our clients come only through Google / Website. So the new website must have very strong SEO structure.
What We Are Looking For:
We need a highly Detail-Oriented person. We do NOT want someone whom we have to micro-manage for every small thing like spacing, indent, alignment, font size.
We need a person who will:
- Come forward with SUGGESTIONS based on our requirement.
- Look into very small points very carefully.
- Guide us in content fixing and content placement.
- Understand the client's perspective - how a client will see the website.
Scope of Work:
1. Complete makeover of existing website with modern, corporate design.
2. Speed Optimization - Website must be super fast on both desktop and mobile.
3. Content Restructuring - Few changes in content, but placement should be such that information is to-the-point and can be understood in 15-30 seconds.
4. SEO Optimization - Complete on-page SEO, structure, meta tags, schema, etc. for high ranking on Google.
5. Responsive Design - 100% mobile, tablet friendly.
6. Professional UI/UX - No wasted spaces, proper icons, images, and highlighting of important points.
7. Essential Features - Floating WhatsApp icon on all pages, proper footer with MSME, Privacy Policy, Terms, correct Copyright.
