CONTIX is looking for a professional Website Maintenance & Technical Support Specialist based in the UAE to provide ongoing maintenance, technical support, performance optimization, and security management for our websites and client websites.
Key Responsibilities
Ongoing website maintenance, updates, and technical support.
Troubleshooting and resolving website issues.
Website speed and performance optimization.
Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed optimization.
Cloudflare management, including CDN, DNS, SSL, caching, and security.
Vercel deployment, hosting, monitoring, and performance optimization.
WordPress and CMS maintenance.
Plugin, theme, and system updates.
Website backups and security monitoring.
Fixing bugs and technical issues.
Monitoring website uptime and performance.
Technical SEO maintenance.
API and third-party service troubleshooting.
Arabic and English website support, including RTL.
Assistance with website migrations and hosting configuration when required.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a reliable, responsive, and technically strong professional who can independently diagnose problems and provide practical solutions.
Experience with corporate, institutional, government, or official-sector websites is highly preferred.
A genuine portfolio and examples of websites you currently maintain or have maintained are required.
Collaboration
