We're a Saudi investment company looking for a developer or small team to maintain our corporate website on an ongoing monthly basis.

The site

Corporate/brochure site, approximately 12 pages
Bilingual: English and Arabic
Built in ASP.NET with a Microsoft SQL Server database
Hosted on GoDaddy Windows hosting (Plesk) — we are staying there, no migration
Contact form and a careers section. No client login, no payments, no transactions
Full source code, database and hosting access will be provided

What we need each month

Uptime monitoring, and alerting us if the site goes down
Security patches and updates
Backups of files and database, stored off the hosting account, with restores actually tested
Fixing anything that breaks
A small allowance for content updates — text edits, image swaps, adding a news item
A short monthly report of what was done

What we do NOT need

New development, redesign, SEO or marketing. Please don't pitch these.

Requirements

Demonstrable ASP.NET / C# and SQL Server experience. This is not a WordPress or PHP job.
Comfortable deploying a compiled .NET application to Windows hosting via Plesk
Reasonable overlap with Saudi Arabia hours (GMT+3)
English is fine; Arabic is a bonus, not a requirement

In your bid, please include

Start your bid with the word RIYADH so we know you read this
Your fixed monthly price, and what's included
Your guaranteed response time if the site goes down
Your hourly rate for work beyond the included scope
Two ASP.NET sites you currently maintain
How many hours per month you'd expect this to take

We'll shortlist three, pay for a small trial task, and appoint from there. Looking for a long-term arrangement, not a one-off.

Generic copy-paste bids will be ignored.
