Website Functionality Testing

I’ve just pushed several new websites live and I need a sharp-eyed tester to comb through every interactive element and confirm that each site works exactly as intended. Your focus will be strictly on functionality: links, forms, dynamic widgets, responsive behaviour, and any JavaScript or server errors that surface along the way.
Here’s how the engagement will run
• I’ll give you staging URLs, test credentials, and a brief on the user flows we expect to work without a hitch.
• You’ll move through those flows page by page, noting anything that breaks, mis-fires, or behaves inconsistently across modern browsers.
• Each defect goes into a clear report (issue-tracker export or spreadsheet) with URL, steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual result, and a screenshot or short Loom/video clip.
• Once my dev team patches the issues, you’ll do a quick verification pass to confirm the fixes.
Tech notes
The stack behind these sites is plain HTML5/CSS3 with a Laravel-PHP backend and a bit of vanilla JavaScript; being comfortable with Chrome DevTools, network inspection, and maybe Postman for basic API hits will make the job smoother. If you prefer spinning up quick scripts in Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright to speed through regression checks, feel free—manual insight is still the priority.
Acceptance criteria
1. All primary user flows are covered and documented.
2. Every reported defect is reproducible using the steps you provide.
3. A retest report is delivered within 24 hours of receiving patched links.
Send over a short note on your testing approach and an example bug report you’ve filed recently. I’ll share the staging links in a private chat so you can run a brief pilot pass before we dive into the full test cycle. Thanks in advance for helping me ship a flawless experience.
