Website for trading and contracting company

I need a clean, responsive portfolio website whose single focus is the Projects section. Each project should appear as an image gallery accompanied by a detailed write-up so visitors can both see and read about my work in one place.

Core requirements
• Modern, lightweight design that loads quickly on desktop and mobile.
• Projects page that supports multiple high-resolution images per entry and a formatted text area for the write-up.
• Simple way for me to add, edit, or remove projects later (a user-friendly CMS or clear instructions for static sites are both acceptable).
• Basic SEO best practices applied so each project can be indexed properly.
• Deployed to my preferred hosting provider when finished.

Acceptance criteria
1. All visual and text content displays correctly across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
2. Image galleries open smoothly with next/previous navigation.
3. Write-ups render with headings, paragraphs, and links without breaking the layout.
4. Page performance scores at least 80/100 on Google Lighthouse.
5. Handover includes source files, installation guide, and brief tutorial for adding future projects.

If the tech stack is your choice, please mention it in your proposal—WordPress with a custom theme, a React static site, or a lightweight HTML/CSS solution all work for me as long as the above goals are met.
