The project is firmly in the planning-and-research stage and centres on developing a new website. What I need right now is a clear, actionable roadmap that tells me exactly what should happen next so the build can proceed smoothly and on budget.
Deliverables required
• A concise technical brief covering recommended tech stack, CMS or framework options, hosting and security considerations
• A draft sitemap with high-level wireframe sketches to illustrate page hierarchy and user flows
• A phase-by-phase timeline that includes key milestones, estimated hours and dependencies
• A checklist for content, SEO basics, accessibility, analytics setup and launch readiness
• Written guidance on team roles, hand-off points and best practices, plus a 30-minute Q&A call to walk through the plan
Acceptance criteria
The document must be easy to follow for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, reference current best practices (responsive design, SSL, GDPR, performance optimisation) and provide enough detail for me to request accurate development quotes afterwards.
