# Website Developer / QA Tester Needed – Full Website Testing, Bug Report & Repair Quotation

**Website:** https://app010.smartappszone.com/

**Job Type:** Freelance / One-Time Project

**Project Scope:** Website Testing, Quality Assurance (QA), Bug Identification, User Experience (UX) Review, and Repair Cost Estimation

### Project Overview

I am looking for an experienced website developer or QA specialist to thoroughly test and evaluate my website from a customer's perspective.

The main objective is to identify **all discoverable issues that could negatively affect the customer experience, website functionality, security, performance, usability, or successful completion of transactions.**

I want to ensure the website is reliable, professional, user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and functioning correctly before investing further in marketing and attracting more customers.

**This project has two potential stages:**

- **Stage 1 – Website Testing & Reporting:** Thoroughly examine the website, identify issues, provide recommendations, and submit a detailed report.
- **Stage 2 – Website Repairs:** Provide a separate, itemized quotation to fix the identified issues. Repairs will only begin after I review and approve the quotation.

### 1. Website Testing Requirements

Please examine the following areas:

**A. Functionality & Bugs**
- Test all buttons, links, menus, pages, forms, and interactive features.
- Test registration, login, logout, password recovery, and account settings.
- Identify broken features, errors, crashes, and unexpected behavior.
- Test search, filters, categories, product listings, and navigation.

**B. Customer Shopping Experience**
- Test product browsing, product details, cart, and checkout.
- Identify problems that could prevent customers from purchasing.
- Test prices, discounts, shipping calculations, and payment integration where safe and authorized.
- Evaluate guest checkout and registered customer checkout, where supported.

**C. User Experience (UX/UI)**
- Identify confusing layouts, poor navigation, and unnecessary steps.
- Examine whether customers can easily find products and information.
- Identify issues affecting customer confidence and trust.
- Check text readability, design consistency, and confusing instructions.

**D. Mobile Responsiveness & Browser Compatibility**
- Test the website on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
- Check compatibility with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
- Identify overlapping elements, broken layouts, or poorly displayed content.

**E. Speed, Performance & SEO**
- Identify slow-loading pages, oversized images, and performance problems.
- Check core technical SEO issues, broken links, and page indexing concerns.
- Recommend ways to improve loading speed and overall website performance.

**F. Security & Reliability**
- Identify obvious security vulnerabilities, unsafe configurations, and customer data protection concerns.
- Check account access, sessions, form validation, and error handling.
- Perform only non-destructive, authorized security checks. No aggressive testing without written approval.

**G. Customer Journey Testing**
- Act as a first-time customer and evaluate the complete experience.
- Test the journey from landing on the homepage to account creation, product discovery, cart, and checkout.
- Identify any problems that could cause customers to abandon the website or lose trust.

**H. Other Website Features**
- Test any additional publicly accessible features, user roles, dashboards, listing workflows, booking systems, or administrative features for which appropriate test access is provided.

### 2. Required Bug Report

For every issue discovered, please provide:

1. **Issue Name:** A clear description of the problem.
2. **Location:** Exact page, feature, or URL affected.
3. **Severity:** Critical, High, Medium, or Low.
4. **Description:** What is wrong and how it affects customers.
5. **Steps to Reproduce:** Clear instructions to recreate the problem.
6. **Evidence:** Screenshots or screen recordings showing the issue.
7. **Expected vs. Actual Behavior:** What should happen compared with what currently happens.
8. **Recommended Solution:** How the issue should be fixed.
9. **Estimated Repair Time:** Expected hours required.
10. **Individual Repair Cost:** Your price to fix the issue.
11. **Dependencies/Risks:** Any related issues, prerequisites, or risks.
12. **Testing Confirmation:** How you will verify the problem is resolved.

Please also identify **quick fixes, major repairs, and the most urgent issues affecting customers or sales.**

### 3. Repair Quotation

After completing the evaluation, provide:

- A full list of all issues identified.
- An individual price to repair each issue.
- An estimated completion time for each repair.
- The total cost to fix all discovered issues.
- A discounted fixed-price quotation, if available, for repairing everything as one project.
- Any additional costs, software licenses, third-party services, or dependencies.
- A recommended repair order based on severity and business impact.

**Important:** Do not begin any repairs until I approve the final scope, price, and timeline.

### 4. Freelancer Requirements

- Proven experience in website development, debugging, and QA testing.
- Experience testing e-commerce websites and customer-facing systems.
- Ability to identify both technical and customer experience problems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication and professional reporting.
- Ability to provide realistic repair estimates and explain technical problems in simple language.

### 5. Expected Deliverables

1. Comprehensive website testing report.
2. Prioritized list of discovered bugs and usability issues.
3. Screenshot or video evidence for each reproducible issue.
4. Recommended solutions and improvement opportunities.
5. Itemized repair quotation with total project cost.
6. Estimated timeframe for completing all repairs.
7. Optional proposal for implementation and post-repair testing.

### 6. How to Apply

Please include the following in your proposal:

- Your relevant experience and examples of similar projects.
- Your proposed approach for testing this website.
- Devices, browsers, and testing tools you will use.
- Your fixed price for the initial testing and report.
- Your estimated time to complete the audit.
- Whether you can also repair the problems you discover.
- Your hourly rate or pricing structure for repairs.
- A sample bug report from a previous project, if available.

**I am looking for someone who will thoroughly investigate the website, not simply perform a basic automated scan.**

The priority is to discover problems that could affect real customers, explain their impact, recommend practical solutions, and provide transparent pricing for repairs.
