Website CRO & Performance Maintenance

I run a live sites that needs continuous fine-tuning. The three priorities are clear: solid Conversion Rate Optimization, lightning-fast load times, and actionable insights drawn from real user behaviour. I already rely on Microsoft Clarity for heat-maps, session recordings, and funnel tracking, so you’ll need to be comfortable digging through that data and turning it into practical changes.

Beyond growth experiments, the foundation must stay solid. I expect regular updates and off-site backups, proactive error monitoring with rapid fixes, and periodic performance enhancements that keep Core Web Vitals in the green. If a new bottleneck appears or an opportunity to improve a checkout step surfaces, I’d like you to spot it first and handle it.

Deliverables I’m looking for:
• Weekly or bi-weekly report summarising CRO tests, speed scores, and key Clarity findings
• Implemented fixes or optimisations documented in a change log (version-controlled)
• Verified backup snapshots and uptime/error summaries
