Website Consolidation & Sister Sites Setup

I manage a number of business websites, domains and Outlook mailboxes that sit with different providers. The patchwork has become hard to maintain, so I want everything brought under one roof and given a light facelift before I launch two new sister companies.

Here is what I need done:

• Map the current landscape – domain registrars, hosting accounts, SSL, DNS, Outlook mailboxes – and produce a simple migration plan.
• Migrate the existing sites and email to a single, reliable host (I’m open to your recommendation).
• While moving, tidy each site’s navigation, refresh page structure and update dated content or design elements so the branding feels consistent across the group.
• Build and publish two small-to-medium business websites for the new sister companies, matching the refreshed look of the parent brand.
• Create new Outlook mail accounts for those companies and make sure DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM) are correct after the move.
• Set up and link core social media profiles (at minimum Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram) so the websites and socials cross-reference cleanly.
• Hand over a concise cheat-sheet so my team can handle basic edits and future account renewals.

The work can be done in WordPress, Squarespace, Wix or a stack you’re comfortable with, although my strong preference is Wix — I need to keep long-term maintenance simple and cost-effective. Strong DNS and email migration experience is essential.
