I’m launching a dedicated website forum and need a partner who can turn it into a lively, self-sustaining community. The core objective is clear: members should feel encouraged to ask questions, share practical advice, and dive into discussions around their shared interests.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• A strategic roadmap that outlines how we attract our first wave of users and keep conversations flowing week after week.
• Content prompts, discussion starters, and Q&A themes that spark genuine peer-to-peer interaction rather than one-way broadcasting.
• A light yet effective moderation framework—community guidelines, escalation paths, and engagement rituals—that nurtures a positive tone without stifling spontaneity.
• Ongoing metrics suggestions (DAU/MAU, response time, sentiment tracking) so I can quickly see what’s working and refine it.
If you have hands-on experience growing forums on platforms such as Discourse, BuddyBoss, Vanilla, or similar stacks, that’s a plus; feel free to recommend the tech you trust most. I’ll handle the hosting and design—your focus is on the people, the conversations, and the processes that bind them.
Success for me means that after our collaboration, the forum no longer relies on my constant prodding: members arrive daily, ask and answer questions, and new threads pick up steam organically. Let me know how you would approach the first 90 days, what milestones you’d set, and any previous communities you’ve helped bring to life.
