Website Agency Appointment Setter

I run a growing web agency and I’m ready to scale the number of discovery calls on our calendar. To make that happen, I need a confident cold-caller who can introduce our services to owners of other web agencies and quickly turn the conversation into a booked appointment.

Your focus will be 100 % on appointment setting—no hard selling, no closing on the spot. You’ll be reaching out to small businesses, so a friendly, consultative tone is essential.

What I’ll hand over: a short positioning brief about our agency, a starter script, and a list of prospects. You’re welcome to tweak the script as you see fit; I value natural conversation over rigid wording.

What I’m looking for from you:
• Daily calls to the provided list
• Accurate notes in the CRM after each conversation
• A minimum number of qualified appointments agreed before we start (we can finalise the target together)

Fluent spoken English and prior cold-calling experience are must-haves. If you can show past success booking appointments in the digital or web-services space, even better.
