WebRTC / Video Infrastructure Engineer: Customize Meeting Platform (Source Code Provided)

Project Overview
We are looking for an experienced WebRTC / Video Infrastructure Engineer with solid DevOps capabilities to white-label, configure, and deploy a pre-built open-source video meeting system (full source code provided).

Key Responsibilities
Branding & UI Customization: White-label the web application (logos, theme, custom domain, pre-join consent popups, and persistent recording status badges).
Automated Cloud Recording Pipeline: Configure background headless workers to automatically capture sessions upon meeting start, upload recorded .mp4 files to S3 cloud storage, and set a 180-day automatic deletion lifecycle rule.

Silent Live Observer Feed: Set up a secondary audio streaming pipeline (RTMP/HLS) allowing authorized third parties to monitor calls via a separate dashboard without being visible in the participant room.

Server Deployment: Deploy and optimize the media engine, signaling servers, and TURN/STUN instances on Linux cloud infrastructure (AWS/DigitalOcean).

Required Qualifications
Deep experience with WebRTC, SFU Media Servers, and XMPP/SIP signaling.
Proficiency in DevOps, Linux, Docker, Nginx, and AWS S3.
Experience with RTMP / HLS live audio/video streaming.
Familiarity with JavaScript / React for UI modifications.

How to Apply
Start your proposal with "SOURCE-READY" so I know you've read this. Full details and the exact software will be shared with shortlisted candidates after an NDA.
And, submit your bid with a brief summary of past WebRTC / Media Server projects you have deployed, your estimated timeline, and your proposed fixed rate.
