Webinar Registrant Data Upload

I have a clean CSV containing roughly 8,800 contacts that must be registered for an upcoming webinar within the next 24 hours. Each submission has to originate from a different US-based IP address so the platform will accept the bulk upload without flagging it. I don’t yet have any rotation or proxy solution in place, so I’m counting on you to supply and manage reliable US proxies (residential or data-center is fine as long as they work consistently for the whole run).

All fields in the CSV are already in the correct order; please load them exactly as they appear—no re-mapping or extra columns. I’ll give you the CSV and the webinar registration link; you return a completion report showing that every record was uploaded and indicating the IP blocks used during the process.
