Webinar Email Outreach Campaign

Association InDance International is running a free online webinar and I have three weeks to fill every virtual seat. I will hand you a vetted contact list of dance schools, universities, community arts organisations and related groups, together with the Mailchimp templates we already use. The mission is simple: increase attendance by turning those cold contacts into confirmed registrants.

You will adapt the existing scripts so each message feels personal and compelling, schedule a short sequence of initial invite plus follow-ups, and manage delivery through our email platform. I’d like to see clear, approachable copy that highlights the “FREE to attend” value and the practical benefits of the session, not generic promotional language.

To keep the campaign on track, I’ll need a quick snapshot every Friday—opens, clicks, new registrations, and any feedback worth noting—so we can tweak copy or timing if a segment under-performs. If you spot an opportunity to supplement the emails with a light social post or forum mention, feel free to flag it, but the core channel is email.

Deliverables:
• Revised email sequence (invite + 2 follow-ups) based on our templates
• Scheduling and sending to all provided contacts over three weeks
• Weekly performance report with suggestions for optimisation
