WebApp Development from reference

We have a private, dashboard style platform that we own. We're looking for a developer able to reproduce it perfectly. Access to the platform will be given but not the files. This is a webapp. it involves a few animations, UI states, and many small details that you will need to pickup on, this is not a beginner-friendly project. We're looking for a Perfect result.

You can use any tech stack you want.
We have so many devs applying and telling us that they can get the task done yet no one delivers even a fraction of the needed result. Therefore, we are going to test all candidates by giving you a documentation of what the end result looks like. You will then be tasked of building a basic prototype to show us if you can deliver the full task. If the result you build looks promising, we can hire you for this task and multiple other very similar ones. Building the prototype is not a paid task, and you do not have to deliver it to us. It's our way of testing if your skills will be enough to get what we need done.
