Project Overview

We are building a desktop automation system for a secure web portal used in business process optimization. The system is designed to manage multiple concurrent sessions for legitimate internal workflow management.

We have an existing proof-of-concept script, but we are encountering stability issues that prevent reliable, long-running operation. We need an expert to help us resolve these technical challenges.

· Core automation logic for interacting with the web portal
· Basic session management
· Basic error handling
· Multi-profile structure for managing multiple sessions

Key Technical Challenges

1. Unreliable Form Submission

The script is unable to reliably execute the final form submission step after identifying the required data. This prevents the automation from completing its workflow.

2. Session Stability & IP Rotation

We are experiencing issues maintaining stable sessions when rotating IP addresses. The system triggers security blocks, making it difficult to maintain long-running sessions without interruption. This affects our ability to run multiple concurrent profiles.

3. Security Verification Handling

The portal frequently presents security verification challenges that interrupt the automation flow. We need a solution that can automatically detect and handle these challenges without manual intervention.

Technical Requirements

We need help building a stable, production-ready system that addresses the following:

1. Reliable Form Submission

· Debug and fix the submission logic to execute consistently and reliably
· Implement proper error handling for the submission step
· Ensure the workflow works across different scenarios

2. Stable Session Management

· Implement reliable session stability without triggering security blocks
· Maintain session consistency for the duration of each workflow
· Handle connection failures gracefully with automatic recovery
· Support residential or mobile proxies with session persistence

3. Security Verification Handling

· Automatically detect security verification challenges
· Handle challenges without manual intervention
· Maintain session continuity after challenge resolution
· Minimize challenge frequency through consistent browser fingerprinting

4. Multi-Profile Management

· Support 5–10 concurrent profiles with isolated sessions
· Ensure each profile has its own consistent fingerprint and IP
· Prevent cross-contamination between profiles

Skills & Experience Required

Must-Have:

· Proven experience with browser automation on secure web portals
· Experience with session management and browser fingerprint consistency
· Experience with proxy management for multi-session automation
· Deep understanding of browser automation techniques (Playwright, Puppeteer, or Selenium)
· Strong Python or JavaScript/Node.js development skills

Nice-to-Have:

· Experience with the specific web portal we are targeting
· Experience with anti-detect browsers (Camoufox, Rebrowser-Puppeteer)
· Experience with residential or mobile proxy integration
