I’m putting together an end-to-end payroll platform that lives on the web and pairs with a dedicated Android time-tracking app. The goal is a seamless flow of attendance data straight into payroll so every payslip is accurate the moment it is generated.

On the payroll side I absolutely need automated salary calculation, built-in tax filing, and benefits management. Those core functions should draw directly from the attendance module to eliminate manual entry and reduce errors.

For attendance, the Android app must capture reliable Clock-in/Clock-out data (with offline buffering if the connection drops), calculate overtime in real time, and feed Leave management back to the web dashboard so balances stay up to date.

Key deliverables
• Responsive web portal with admin and employee views
• Native Android tracker app that syncs securely with the portal
• Unified database or API layer tying attendance to payroll (salary, tax, benefits)
• Exportable reports in PDF/Excel and an audit log for compliance
• Source code and a short hand-off session so I can manage basic configurations in-house
* Indian payroll and tax regulations should the system support?
* Android app include GPS and selfie/photo verification for clock-in/out.

I’m open to your recommended tech stack—just outline why it’s the best fit and how you’ll secure the data in transit and at rest. A concise milestone plan and timeline will help me choose the right partner.
