Web Order Management System

I’m looking for someone who can take my existing online presence and turn it into a fully-featured website that also acts as an internal order, customer, and workflow hub. The goal is to move away from scattered spreadsheets and email threads and into a single, browser-based system where my team can log in, capture new orders, track their status, and pull customer details in seconds.

Here’s what I need the finished site to do:
• Front-end pages that visitors see (clean, responsive, with room for future marketing content).
• Secure, role-based dashboard for staff to create, edit, and track orders and customer records.
• Automations behind the scenes so data entered once is available everywhere—no double entry.
• Simple reporting (order pipeline, overdue tasks, customer lifetime value).
• API-ready structure so we can later connect accounting, shipping, or email tools without a rebuild.

Tech stack is flexible; I’m comfortable with PHP/Laravel, Node/Express, or a modern framework you recommend—as long as it remains easy to maintain. Clean code, clear documentation, and migration support to my VPS are part of the hand-off.
