Web & Mobile Quiz App Build

I have a full bank of multiple-choice questions, their options, and an answer key ready to load. What I need is a lightweight quiz application that:

• Runs smoothly on both a responsive website and a companion mobile app.
• Lets each student create an account, log in, and sit the test only once.
• Presents one question at a time (or paginated, whichever is quicker for you to code), captures their selections, and forces completion before submission.
• Immediately displays the final score to the student on screen.
• Emails me an easy-to-read report that shows every question, the student’s chosen answer, the correct answer, and a total tally of right vs. wrong.

Timing is critical: you’ll need to start within 24 hours of award and deliver a fully functional, deploy-ready solution inside 48 hours. Please quote a firm, all-inclusive price—no placeholders.

I’ll supply the question set and answer key in A MSWord format. You’re free to choose the stack—React, Vue, Flutter, Laravel, Node, Firebase, or anything similarly mainstream—as long as the finished product meets the requirements above and can be handed over with clear setup instructions.
