The task is straightforward entry only—no extra validation or cross-checking is necessary on your end; simply mirror what you see on the screen into the designated columns I will supply.

Accuracy in spelling, number formatting and row alignment is essential so the file remains immediately usable for reporting once you hand it back. I will provide:

• a link (or login, if required) to the web forms
• a template .xlsx file with predefined column headers
