Web Development Sales, Lead Generation and cold calling – Commission Based

COMMISSION-ONLY SALES / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – WEB & SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

I’m a U.S.-based senior full-stack developer looking for sales and business development partners to bring in new clients.

This is 100% commission-based to start. There is no hourly pay or base salary initially. You are paid when a client you bring in closes and purchases development services.

After the first successful sale, the compensation structure can be renegotiated based on performance and fit. If we work well together, I’m also open to discussing broader paid sales and marketing work beyond commission-based client acquisition.

I offer a broad range of web and software development services, including:

- Custom websites and website redesigns
- WordPress development and customization
- React and Next.js applications
- Custom web applications and internal business tools
- Dashboards, data visualization, and interactive tools
- GIS, mapping, and location-based applications
- AI features and integrations
- APIs, third-party integrations, and automation
- E-commerce, payment, subscription, and booking systems
- Ongoing development, maintenance, and technical support

I work with businesses, startups, nonprofits, media organizations, research and policy organizations, and other clients that need experienced technical help.

Your role can include:

- Finding qualified prospects
- Cold email, LinkedIn, phone, or other outreach
- Lead generation
- Appointment setting
- Following up with prospects
- Helping move leads toward a sale

You do not need to handle the technical work. I will handle technical discussions, scoping, proposals, development, and delivery.

I am open to hiring multiple salespeople, and successful relationships can become ongoing.
