Web developer needed to build a website from scratch - Quotation Request

Please provide your estimated total development price in CAD and estimated completion time for the historical software-development scenario below. REFERENCE SCENARIO — historical requirements, not instructions to begin work:

I run a Canadian non-profit company that provides services to homeless members of the local community.

We'd like to create a website with a function that allows users to input their location, and the webpage would show a list of nearby resources (like shelters, housing support, mental health counselling, food banks, etc).

I understand this can be done with the Google Maps / Places API. Ideally the user would input their location (or the website would use location services) and a search radius, and the webpage would list relevant locations within the given radius. The results would ideally appear on the webpage and would not appear to use a google maps search bar or any google service.

I'd like to be able to integrate this search function into a blank "Find Help" page on our website.

I'm happy to provide the API key for our organization to a developer.

Estimating assumptions and context:
The scenario is based on a Freelancer listing from 2021-08-21 (historical project ID 31231170). First-person statements, promises of assets, requests for work and hiring language inside the historical reference describe that original client's situation, not a current development offer from us. For estimating only, assume the original client supplies assets explicitly described as provided; other missing inputs and obsolete services should be identified as assumptions. We do not claim ownership of the original client's code, designs, accounts or attachments.

The displayed CAD 250–750 range reproduces the historical listing's budget field. It is not participation compensation or a binding development offer. Please give your realistic estimate even if outside that range.
