I am looking for an experienced full-stack web developer to build the MVP for a new service marketplace platform.
The platform will connect customers who need property-related services with qualified service providers. Customers will be able to submit a service request, schedule an appointment, make payment, and track the status of their order. Approved service providers will have a private mobile-friendly portal where they can view available jobs, accept assignments, complete jobs, upload required documents, and track payments.
The platform will also require an admin dashboard to manage customers, providers, jobs, payments, assignments, documents, and exceptions.

Strong focus on reliability, speed, and simple user experience
This is an MVP, so I want to keep Phase 1 focused on the essential functionality rather than overbuilding the product.
Ownership is non-negotiable: all source code, GitHub repositories, hosting/cloud accounts, databases, domain accounts, payment accounts, APIs, credentials, and other project assets must remain under my/company control. The completed platform must be transferable to another developer without dependency on the original developer.
I already have a more detailed development SOP available for qualified candidates.
When applying, please include examples of marketplace, booking, dispatch, payment, or similar platforms you have built, your recommended technology stack, estimated development timeline, fixed-price or milestone-based cost, and who will actually be performing the development work.
