• A brief on what the business expects (new build or redesign, special features, rough timeline)
• Any context that will help me open with value

What I handle
• Discovery call, scope, formal quotation, and contract
• Design, development, and post-launch support
• Client billing, project management, and status updates

Your proposal
I’d like to see a concise plan showing how you will source and qualify leads—channels, outreach style, and the volume you believe is realistic in the first 30 days.

If you already have relationships in place, mention them; if you prefer cold outreach, outline the workflow. The clearer your approach, the faster we can start closing deals together.
