Web CRM: Leads & Customers

I need a custom, web-based CRM that lets my team capture leads, move them through a pipeline, and keep every customer interaction in one place. Day to day we log calls, emails, and social messages, so tight email and social-media integrations must be baked in from the start—automatic contact creation, threaded correspondence, and one-click replies right inside the CRM.

Core workflow
• Lead management: new-lead capture form, visual pipeline, drag-and-drop stage changes, task reminders, status filters, and basic role permissions.
• Customer relationship tracking: full timeline per contact, notes, deal value, and follow-up scheduling that syncs to the integrated email and social channels.

Because we are browser-first, all users—including remote reps—should access the same real-time data on any modern desktop or mobile browser. A clean, responsive UI is important, but I value clear functionality over heavy design flourishes.

Deliverables
1. Source-code repository with setup instructions (preferably Git).
2. Fully deployed web application on my cloud host (AWS or similar, I’m flexible).
3. Documentation covering database schema, integration keys, and a quick-start user guide.
4. Two weeks of post-launch bug fixing.

Acceptance criteria
• New leads entered via form appear instantly in the pipeline.
• Email threads sync bi-directionally within 60 seconds.
• Social DM replies can be sent from the contact’s timeline.
