Every revision is another round trip, with no shared view of where a job stands.
Site Photographs Are Captured but cannot Be Retrieved
Quotation Preparation is Slow and Entirely Manual
Many photographs per job, with no way to search them.

Two Core Problems
We need a web and mobile application which can fill up a pre-inspection form with photos uploaded quotation form, work outline and schedule, handover form and invoice based on quotation, to be integrated with Xero payment software

We need the app to be able to search for photos and quotations easily and also revise existing quotation and send to customer easily.

We need to be able to describe the work to be done in simple terms and AI will know how to prepare the quotation and we will also have a drop down list of item description and cost
