Wearable Female Armor Suit STL

I’m ready to commission a production-ready STL package for a full-body, superhero-style armored suit that a woman in US size 8 and 5'1" can actually wear and move in. I already have a few reference images that capture the look and feel I want, and I’ll share them as soon as we start. Think sleek, biotech-inspired plating over a flexible undersuit—hard segments where protection matters, Shore-A-85-or-so flex in the joints so the wearer can crouch, twist, and walk normally.
To keep printing manageable I’d like the torso and each leg section split into front and back shells; if you see smarter break-up lines, I’m open to your recommendations. The final model must be water-tight, error-free, and comfortably toleranced for assembly with magnets or hidden fasteners. Once the female suit proves out—and the price makes sense—I’ll green-light a male version as a follow-up order.
Deliverables
• Clean, manifold STL files for every suit component, clearly named and oriented for slicing
• A simple exploded diagram or screenshot set indicating part order and fit zones
• Brief notes on suggested material hardness or print settings for rigid vs. flexible sections
I’m building a patent-pending wearable biotech platform and will happily credit you by name and credentials in my investor pitch deck. Let me know your timeline, tool chain (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, ZBrush—your choice), and any questions you need answered before quoting.
