We would like to have a scanned document we need it back in word file

I have a multi-page scan that contains flowing text interspersed with several images. I need the whole file converted into an editable .docx where every paragraph, heading, and image appears exactly where it does in the original. All images must be embedded within the text—not floating off to the side or gathered in an appendix—so the finished Word file mirrors the scan page for page.

Accuracy is critical. Fonts, boldface, italics, spacing, and any other visible styling should be preserved. Please run a light spell-check after OCR to catch recognition slips before you hand the file back.

Deliverable:
• One fully editable Microsoft Word document (.docx), page-aligned with the scan and including all images in place.
