We need a stunning one-page website for our real estate brand!

Hey there! We’re LUX & MAIN, INC., a real estate and property management company that deals with high-end residential and commercial spaces. We’re looking for a talented web developer to build us a beautiful, modern one-page website that really shows off what we do.

Here’s the deal: we want something clean, fast, and elegant. The page should open with a big, immersive photo, then show off a grid of our best properties, highlight our core services, and end with a simple contact form for private inquiries. We want it to feel premium, with lots of white space and smooth animations when you scroll.

We’ve got everything ready for you: our brand guide, high-res photos of the properties, the logo, and all the text. We just need you to put it together, make it mobile-friendly, and set up basic SEO so people can find us.

The budget is $350. We’ll do it through Freelancer Milestones: 50% after you show us the first coded layout, and 50% once the site is live. We’d love to have this wrapped up in about 5 days. And just a heads-up, we keep all our communication and file sharing right here on Freelancer.
