Waterproofing Profile & Brochure Design

I’m refreshing our waterproofing brand material and need a designer who can take the whole assignment—company profile plus matching brochure—from brief to print-ready files on a fixed-price basis. The profile’s job is simple: attract new clients, so every page has to look professional and clean while still showing we mean business on site.

Here’s the core content that must appear:
• Company history
• Services offered
• Client testimonials

I will supply rough copy, images of past projects and our current logo assets. You will turn that into a polished multipage profile (PDF + editable files) and a complementary tri-fold or bi-fold brochure that echoes the same look and feel. Final art should be suitable for both digital sharing and offset printing, with CMYK and RGB versions, bleeds, and embedded fonts.

I value clear milestones—concept, first draft, revisions, final—and expect the entire package delivered as a single project, not hourly billing. If you have experience designing for construction or similar technical trades, that’s a plus; please share relevant samples when you respond so I can gauge fit quickly.
