I need a robust enclosure designed from plastic or aluminum that can survive brief submersion—think IP-67 performance, not just a splash guard. Inside, it must securely mount a small electric motor and two control boards without heat-build-up or vibration issues.

A molded port on the outside has to accept Milwaukee-style batteries so I can snap a pack straight on, no adapters. The seal around this port, the main housing split-line, and any fasteners all have to keep water out when the unit is dunked for short periods. I’m open to O-rings, over-molded gaskets, or whatever approach you prefer, as long as the seal is repeatable and serviceable.

I’ll need the complete CAD package within a month, including 3-D files ready for injection-molding or CNC, 2-D manufacturing drawings, and a short bill of materials that calls out gasket materials and hardware. If you have experience with SolidWorks or Fusion 360 and can provide basic DFM guidance so tooling will be straightforward, that’s a plus.
