Provide direction to support Junior Analysts, while ensuring the quality and rigor of all technical work.

Author the technical sections of major project deliverables and develop presentations with complex engineering concepts and findings for senior DAF leadership.

Collaborate for Impact: Work in a tightly integrated team with a Senior Water Policy Specialist and Project Manager to ensure your technical findings are seamlessly integrated into a cohesive and actionable strategic framework.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or a related engineering field.

A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in water resources engineering, utility management, or a related field.

Demonstrated expertise in water balance modeling, water treatment technologies (e.g., MBR, RO, AWG), and conveyance systems.

Proven experience with engineering cost estimation and life-cycle cost analysis.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical subjects for a non-technical audience.
