Warm Client Communications VA

I’m looking for a dependable virtual assistant who can keep my client interactions warm, prompt, and on-brand. My inbox and messaging platforms are steadily getting busier, and I want every client to feel heard without delays or generic responses.

You’ll start by studying the tone I already use with clients—friendly, caring, yet concise—then step in to:

• Monitor incoming messages during agreed-upon hours
• Draft and send thoughtful replies that match my voice
• Flag anything urgent or outside the usual scope so I can step in quickly
• Keep lightweight notes so we have an easy reference for past conversations and next steps

Onboarding will include a brief style guide, common Q&A templates, and access to the CRM I use to log interactions. After that, I expect you to manage day-to-day communication independently while providing me with a short daily recap of what was handled and what’s still pending.
