Warehouse Inventory Verification Audit

I need a reliable local freelancer to visit a designated warehouse in Washington, Nebraska and perform an on-site inventory check. The focus is limited to two categories kept in clearly marked areas: electronic equipment and finished products.

Once on site, confirm the presence, quantity, and visible condition of each item, capture high-resolution photos that show identifying labels or serial numbers, and note any discrepancies you find between the physical stock and the figures I will supply ahead of your visit.

Deliverables
• A brief written report (PDF) summarising counts, discrepancies, and any notable observations
• A spreadsheet with item names, serial or SKU numbers, and confirmed quantities
• A folder of time-stamped photos, organised to match the spreadsheet rows

Acceptance criteria
• All listed SKUs are accounted for or clearly marked as missing/extra
• Photos are in focus and legibly show each label or serial number
• Report and spreadsheet align with the photographic evidence

The warehouse manager is expecting you; date and time can be arranged to suit your schedule during standard business hours. Bring any basic tools you typically use for inventory audits—tablet or laptop, smartphone/camera, barcode or QR scanner if you have one.
