I need a complete drawing package for a new warehouse that covers both architecture and services in one coordinated set. The core brief is to deliver fully detailed construction drawings—including 3D views—so my contractor can move straight into procurement and installation without additional clarifications.
Scope
• HVAC: Heating and Ventilation only. No cooling is planned, so the ductwork, fans, louvers, controls, and fresh-air strategy must be sized for that requirement.
• MEP: Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems all need to appear on coordinated plans, sections, and schedules.
• Architectural: Floor plans, elevations, sections, and details must reflect the latest grid and envelope specifications I will supply on award.
Deliverables
• 2D fully detailed construction drawings in DWG or RVT
• 3D model (Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D, or similar BIM-ready format) showing clash-free coordination among HVAC, electrical, and plumbing routes
• Equipment schedules, legends, and load calculations for each service
• PDF sheet set ready for immediate issue to site
Acceptance criteria
• Dimensions and annotations meet local code standards (I will provide them).
• All disciplines align in shared coordinates with zero hard clashes on Navisworks review.
• File naming follows the ISO 19650 convention we already use.
If you can deliver clear, construction-ready documents with accurate 3D visualisation, let’s get started.
