Warehouse BOQ & BBS Preparation

I have a 37,165 sq.ft greenfield warehouse project in Kaman, Vasai, Maharashtra, consisting of 4 individual sheds. Architectural and structural drawings are complete.

I need an experienced Indian Civil Engineer/Quantity Surveyor to prepare a complete, accurate and traceable BOQ + RCC BBS.

Scope:

- Foundation & substructure
- Superstructure and RCC works
- Finishing works
- Structural steel/truss and roofing
- Plumbing, electrical and fire-fighting
- External works
- Complete RCC BBS with consolidated steel weight summary
- Quantities cross-referenced to drawings

Deliverables:

- Editable Excel BOQ and BBS
- PDF copies
- Calculation/take-off sheets
- Brief methodology and assumptions

Preference will be given to freelancers with proven commercial/industrial/warehouse experience in India.
