Wall-mounted Shelf Bracket Engineering Design

Hi, I need a freelancer for a Strength of Materials engineering project involving the design and optimization of a wall-mounted shelf bracket.

**Required scope:**
1. Hand calculations for loading, stress, bolt sizing and factor of safety.
2. Material screening and selection using ANSYS Granta EduPack.
3. 3D CAD modelling in SolidWorks.
4. Initial FEA validation and comparison with hand calculations.
5. Optimized FEA including bending, with stress and deflection results.
6. Final editable CAD, simulation and material-selection files.

**Design constraints:** Maximum bracket mass 400 g, maximum downward deflection 5 mm, minimum base width 20 mm. The assigned load and bracket length will be provided before work starts.

I will prepare the written report myself. I need the technical files, genuine simulation results, calculations and a brief explanation of the methodology so I can understand and explain the work.
