VR Diesel Injectors Repairs Overhaul & Testing

I need a marketing agent who can market our business of common-rail diesel injectors repairs and their matching high-pressure pumps through a complete, full-system overhaul. Every unit must be stripped, ultrasonically cleaned, critical components renewed, and re-assembled to original tolerances.

Once rebuilt, each injector and pump has to undergo calibrated pressure tests that mirror the original manufacturer specifications for opening pressure, leak-back, and sustained load. I will supply the spec sheets; you supply certified test benches, traceable gauges, and a digital report for every serial number showing “before / after” values.

The finished parts must be ready for plug-and-play installation, dry and capped for shipping, and covered by a reasonable service warranty. We already run Bosch, Delphi, or Denso approved benches and have experience logging data for OEM traceability.
