NMS Product Selection Comparison Table
Conduct research on the NMS products you are considering for your company. This research should include gathering information on the costs and features of each product. If you are unable to get the exact cost, please estimate it and make sure to note if it is an estimation. Once you have gathered all the necessary information, create a comparison table of the NMS products you have considered. The table should be professionally formatted and include the costs and features of each product. Please ensure that any information gathered from the internet is reworded to avoid plagiarism.

Write one paragraph state which product is chosen. Describe your product evaluation method(s); it's important to consider factors such as return on investment (ROI), requirements gathering process, a ranked list of requirements for the software, and/or vendor comparison.

NMS Implementation Discussion
In at least one paragraph, explain how the NMS server will be implemented. Also, describe where it will be placed in your chosen network diagram. If it's a cloud-based product, explain how that affects your network diagram and provide a new drawing if necessary. Lastly, describe in detail how the server will connect to the network infrastructure, even if it's a cloud-based product.

Non-SNMP Monitoring Techniques
In at least one paragraph, describe at least two non-SNMP monitoring techniques that will be used within the company. Be specific about how these methods will be implemented, what equipment or software will be monitored, the justification for doing so, and the benefits of using said monitoring techniques.

Project Timeline and Discussion
In at least one paragraph and one diagram, show and describe the NMS and non-SNMP implementation timeline.

Metrics Table
Create a table with at least 15 metrics, the related devices, and at least one alert trigger. Include two metrics with multi-element triggers.

IT Personnel Structure Diagram with Responsibilities
Create a diagram of the IT personnel structure for your company. Within the diagram or in the text that follows, describe the responsibilities of each IT personnel role as it relates to network support and monitoring. Also, explain which position(s) initially receive alerts and give examples of what would constitute escalating the problem. Additionally, describe whether your structure integrates networking and telecommunications and identify any issues that may relate to NMS implementation.

Security Plan for NMS and Other Network Monitoring Techniques
In at least one paragraph, describe at least five security procedures and processes related to your NMS implementation and non-SNMP monitor techniques implementation. Avoid providing generic security guidelines.
