Volunteer Email Automation Setup

I need an AI-driven workflow that lives inside my Hostinger account and automatically emails our volunteers their assigned schedules and shifts. We are a small non-profit, so everything has to run reliably without constant attention.
Here is what I expect:
• Every time a new schedule is finalized, the system should pull the shift data (currently stored in a Google Sheet) and populate a clean, branded email template.
• The email must be sent from our Hostinger mailbox, with each volunteer receiving only their own information.
• If a shift changes, volunteers should receive an updated notice right away; otherwise a single “weekly schedule” message is fine.
• Logging is important—after each batch, I want a simple record (date, time, addresses) written back to the same sheet so I can track delivery.
• The automation must be hands-off once installed; a cron job or similar trigger on Hostinger is perfectly acceptable.
If you have done Hostinger or Google Sheets API integrations before, that will help us move quickly.
