I have an initial batch of 50 short videos that all need a polished, professional voice-over treatment from start to finish. I’ll supply the raw footage, the finished voice tracks (or scripts if you prefer to record them yourself), any branding assets, and a simple shot list for context. Your job is to marry picture and sound so the pacing feels natural, every cut lands cleanly, and the audio is crystal-clear.
Here’s what the workflow typically looks like for each piece:
• Clean and normalize the voice track – remove breaths, background noise, and pops while keeping it sounding lively.
• Sync the cleaned audio to the visuals, making minor timing tweaks so words match any on-screen actions or slide changes.
• Add light sound design where it helps: subtle transitions, underscoring beds, or stingers that fit the mood.
• Insert lower-thirds, logos, or text call-outs I provide to reinforce key points.
• Grade or balance color just enough for a consistent, broadcast-ready look.
• Export two versions per video (1080p MP4 + source project file) and keep naming conventions tidy for quick reference.
I work in Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition, so if you can hand back .prproj and .sesx files that’s perfect, but DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut is fine as long as you export a clean intermediate. Turnaround is flexible: roughly five videos per week keeps the pipeline running smoothly, though faster delivery is always appreciated.
Before we roll into the full batch, I’ll send one sample clip so we can agree on style, mix levels, and graphics treatment. Once that “look and sound” is locked, the remaining videos follow the same template, making the process straightforward for both of us.
If your portfolio shows tight edits, spotless audio, and a knack for storytelling, let’s talk.
